Our team is primarily made up of restaurant chefs who were looking for a way to keep working during the shutdowns. Our solution was to create a takeout concept with a menu full of food that we love to cook. We are not a traditional restaurant so it allows us to color outside the lines a little and be creative with our dishes. Everything is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine but we like to add our own twists which is what makes our food and brand stand out. We love big bold flavors and colors which speaks to the branding being so loud and vibrant. We have fun and create delicious food!
